The purpose of the data processing is the evaluation of requests for access to the ICTS facilities submitted by interested parties through the Access Form on the website https://www.redib.net/, the administrative and financial management of the services provided and communications with users and potential users.

Automated decisions
They are not made.
Transfer
No transfer to third parties is foreseen, with the exception of the information expressly required by government bodies for the evaluation of the activity of the nodes that make up the ICTS-ReDIB.
Retention
The personal data provided by the interested parties, incorporated and processed in the ICTS-ReDIB USERS automated file, shall be kept for the time required to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, as long as the interested party does not request their deletion. Once the data have been used for the purposes for which they were collected, they shall be deleted or, if they have to be kept by law, they shall be suitably blocked.
User rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data, and of limitation or opposition to their processing.
